READY TO MAKE YOUR OWN?

There’s no right or wrong way to make your own bowl. Simply choose from a carefully curated selection of bases, proteins, mix-ins, house made sauces and toppings. Gluten free? No problem! We’ve got our vegetarian, vegan and paleo peeps covered too.

 

STEP ONE: CHOOSE YOUR POKE PATH

Life is about having the proper foundation and that’s why we’ve supplied three essential options: If you’re looking for a fulfilling meal, go for the flufy white rice or brown which is loaded with fiber and selenium. Need your daily dose of greens? Opt for the salad. It’s light and a great source of vitamin A, C and K plus it’s organic.

STEP TWO: BAIT RESPONSIBLY

Our seafood is sustainably sourced from the top purveyors around the globe. Tuna wild caught from the Western Pacific and sustainably raised Norwegian Salmon. We will never steer your boat in the wrong direction. That being said, fish from an array of protein packed options like tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, spicy salmon, or lobster salad. We’ve got tofu too and there’s a whole lot of protein where that came from. Get jiggy with it.

STEP THREE: SPICE UP YOUR LIFE

It’s all in the mix-ins which is why we have weekly specials as well as a wide variety to choose from such as onions, cucumber, edamame, hijiki, avocado, jalapeno, kanikama, seaweed salad, masago and scallion – besides you know what they say “the more, the merrier” and not to worry, we won’t judge.

STEP FOUR: DO YOURSELF A FLAVOR

All of our sauces are house made and they complement any bowl – no matter how wild you get. Here’s what to expect: WASABI SOY is exactly as it sounds, mild. MISO GINGER is sweet and pairs well with the green salad. SWEET SESAME has a nutty aroma yet on the sweet side. SPICY SHA SHOYU is essentially soy sauce with a kick. YUZU PONZU is a citrus based soy sauce. Can you say “yum”?

STEP FIVE: PUT A LITTLE PEP IN YOUR STEP

For good measure we’ve added some bunch to your crunch: crispy onions, furikake, garlic and or sesame seeds. Then, finish strong with a little WASABI AIOLI or CHILI AIOLI. You’re welcome.
